Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.14 mil square meters by the end of the last quarter of 2021. Moreover, prime shopping centre supply reached almost 1.4 mil square meters at the end of Q4 2021. Bratislava region has the biggest share, which accounts for 40% of total shopping centre area in Slovakia.
