Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.16 mil m² by the end of the third quarter of 2022. Bratislava region accounts for the majority, representing approx. 34%, followed by Kosice, Nitra and Zilina region. Moreover, there is currently ca 52,200 m² of new retail area under construction. Largest projects are situated in Bratislava and Kosice.
