Prime retail supply reached ca. 2.14 mil square meters by the end of the third quarter of 2021. Moreover, prime shopping center supply reached almost 1.4 mil square meters at the end of Q3 with two new shopping centres that were added to the market: Esperia II. phase in Presov and Nivy in Bratislava.
