Prime retail supply stood at ca. 2.14 mil. square meters by the end of the last quarter of 2021. Majority of the modern retail stock is represented by Shopping centres with 65% followed by Retail parks with ca. 26%. The rest of the stock with share of 9% consists of Retail Galleries, Department stores and Concept stores.
