Bratislava II district is the long-time favourite between districts when it comes to demand for residential living. The last 12 months (Q2 2021 -Q1 2022) were no exception, 49% of sold flats were in Bratislava II district, followed by Bratislava III and IV both with 15% share and Bratislava V with 14% share.
