Currently approx. 1.98 million square meters of A and B grade office premises figure on the Bratislava market. In Q3 2021 one new office building was completed in Bratislava, adding ca. 4,200 square meters of space to the market – Jurkovicova Teplaren, and other three office buildings are under construction planned to be completed by the end of 2021.
