JLL with the highest number of RICS valuers in Slovakia.

Slovak team at JLL grows number of its RICS professionals to five.

As of the 10th of April, Miroslav Škodáček, Senior Valuer in JLL Bratislava branch has become a new member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

RICS is the global professional body promoting and enforcing the highest international standards in the valuation, management and development of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. With Miroslav's newest accreditation, the JLL team confirms its market-leading position with currently the highest number of RICS valuers on the Slovak market. 

The Slovak JLL Valuation team provides a market valuation of properties, businesses, goodwill based on RICS regulations. Only in 2017, the team secured valuation of over 120 of commercial and residential real estates, in the total amount of more than 5.4 mil. sqm and the total value exceeding 4.3 bn Eur.

Miroslav Škodáček MRICS (29) joined the Slovak JLL team in 2012. In his current role, Miroslav is responsible for valuations and appraisals of all types of commercial properties and development projects in Slovakia. A majority of valuations is carried out for financial reporting, loan security, acquisition and disposal purposes. Miroslav holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Management.
