Production and distribution complex owned by Coca-Cola HBC Slovak Republic in Western Slovakia is for sale.

Coca-Cola HBC Slovak Republic (member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group), one of the largest non-alcoholic beverage producers in the Slovak market, has decided to relocate production capabilities from Slovakia to its existing facilities within the Central European region. Its modern production and distribution complex in the Trenčín region is on the market for sale.

The Industrial Agency team at JLL advises Coca-Cola HBC Slovak Republic on the disposal of the property.

Production facility offers approximately 30,000 sq m of leasable area with ca. 35,000 sq m of adjacent land for further development. The facility is suitable for warehousing as well as for light production with over 12,000 sq m of A class warehouse space and app. 17,000 sq m of light production premises divided into several smaller production halls. The property also offers office premises extending in two buildings with a total leasable area of 3,500 sq m.

The production and distribution complex is located in a very close proximity to Piešťany city, only 300 metres away from the Lúka - Hôrka connection to D1 highway, which perfectly connects key „industrial" cities in Western and Central Slovakia (Bratislava, Trnava, Žilina) as well as linking with neighbouring countries - Czech Republic (Brno), Austria and Hungary.

One of the most modern plants for the non-alcoholic beverage production in Slovakia was built on the site with rich resources of underground spring water. The firm water portfolio includes spring water Bonaqua and mineral water Matúšov Prameň.

Marian Pavelka, Public Affairs & Communications Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Slovak republic, says: „Construction of our production and distribution complex started over 20 years ago. The selection of this particular location wasn´t a random decision as, in the following years, it has enabled further development of our facility which now has one of the best infrastructure and highway connection to all directions. Also the location of Považský Inovec is known for its large resources of a high quality underground water, which is essential in our production process."

Samuel Šporka, Head of Industrial Agency in JLL Slovakia, adds: „The facility with its excellent access and visibility from the D1 highway represents a great solution for companies, which seek modern warehouse and production premises with sufficient administrative space. This production and distribution complex can be also an interesting choice for local developers who search for properties in great location with further development possibilities."
