New RICS member in JLL Slovakia.


JLL Bratislava office is proud to announce another RICS qualified member in its team with whom the number of RICS professionals in JLL Slovakia increases to four. As of the 4th of April, Rudolf Nemec became a member of RICS after he successfully passed the final assessment interview in Commercial Property as his chosen field of specialization.

Rudolf Nemec (26) joined JLL in 2013. In his current role as Senior Investment Analyst he is responsible for commercial underwriting and due diligence on buy-side, as well as providing sell-side services related to transaction processing and marketing. Before joining JLL, Rudolf graduated with MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School, London. His RICS certified degree has been supported by Project Finance & Infrastructure module at ESCP Business School in Madrid, Spain and Real Estate Law studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.

Last week JLL ranked 23rd on the list of the 100 Best Corporate Citizens by Corporate Responsibility Magazine and named one of the "World´s Most Ethical Companies" for nine consecutive years by the Ethisphere Institute.
