Jones Lang LaSalle Prague to provide property valuation services to Atrium European Real Estate

Jones Lang LaSalle instructed to value Atrium´s property portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia 


Prague, July 2012 — Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that it has recently been appointed to work with Atrium European Real Estate, a leading owner, operator and developer of shopping centres in the CEE region. Jones Lang LaSalle will value Atrium´s property portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, which comprises a total of 98 retail centres in the Czech Republic (including supermarkets/ hypermarkets, local amenity retail centres and shopping centres with ‘Atrium Flora’, an established and prominent shopping centre in Prague, being its flagship) and three retail properties in Slovakia (two established shopping centres and one local retail centre).
