Jones Lang LaSalle begins collaboration with the AXA Real Estate

The Daylight portfolio will be managed by Jones Lang LaSalle

Slovak Property management team Jones Lang LaSalle has been entrusted with administration of Daylight portfolio owned by a fund and administrated by AXA Real Estate. AXA Real Estate is the greatest real estate investment administrator in the Europe with portfolio exceeding 42 billion eur.

Daylight portfolio, Slovakia comprises of 4 commercial real estates of the gross leasable area approximately 85,000 sq m that includes three logistic parks located in Trnava (Trnava Logistics Park), Nitra (Nitra Park) and Dubnica nad Vahom (Dubnica Park) as well as the administration building Westend Tower in Bratislava.

The property management team has been on the Slovak market since 2008. As of today, it administers the net rentable area of 165,000 sq m with total capital value exceeding 140 million eur.
